This policy applies to PRICHIESTRATEGY digital access, indicators, downloads, community access, and educational resources purchased through the website.
One-Time Purchase
PRICHIESTRATEGY Elite is sold as a one-time digital-access purchase. The purchase does not automatically renew and does not create a monthly subscription or future recurring charge.
Digital Products and Membership Access
Because your purchase may provide immediate access to digital tools, invite-only scripts, downloads, education, and community resources, payments are generally non-refundable after access has been delivered, except where required by law or where PRICHIESTRATEGY determines that a refund is appropriate.
Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
Contact prichiestrategy@gmail.com promptly if you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or charged an amount different from the checkout total. Include the PayPal transaction reference and the email used at checkout. Do not send passwords or full financial-account information.
Refund Requests
Refund requests should explain the issue and include relevant transaction details. Requests are reviewed individually. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact support before filing a payment dispute so the issue can be investigated. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in immediate suspension of platform, indicator, Discord, and download access.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy removes non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer-protection law. Where local law requires a refund or cooling-off right, that law controls.
