By accessing this website, purchasing access, or using PRICHIESTRATEGY content, you agree to these Terms of Service and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the service.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials.
Purchase and Payment
PRICHIESTRATEGY Elite is offered as a one-time digital-access purchase at the price displayed at checkout. The current website price is $299 USD. PayPal processes the payment as a single transaction. Taxes, currency conversion, or PayPal-related charges may apply depending on your location and account.
This purchase does not automatically renew and does not create recurring monthly charges. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Access and Delivery
Purchased access may include invite-only TradingView indicators, educational content, documentation, downloads, Discord community access, updates, and other resources described on the website. Features may be added, modified, replaced, or discontinued as the platform evolves.
Acceptable Use and Account Sharing
- Purchased access is for one individual unless a separate written license says otherwise.
- You may not share credentials, invite-only access, downloads, source code, alerts, or restricted resources.
- You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, scrape, or commercially exploit protected materials.
- You may not interfere with platform security, access controls, PayPal checkout, Discord operations, or other users.
Intellectual Property
Indicators, scripts, logic, dashboards, documentation, videos, PDFs, branding, artwork, website content, and educational materials are owned by PRICHIESTRATEGY or its licensors. Purchasing access gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use; ownership is not transferred.
Community Conduct
Members must communicate respectfully and may not harass others, impersonate people, post unlawful material, promote scams, distribute protected content, or misuse community channels. Community access may be removed for conduct violations.
Availability and Changes
The service may experience maintenance, third-party outages, data-feed limitations, TradingView changes, PayPal disruptions, or other interruptions. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, chargebacks, policy violations, misuse, fraud, threats to security, or legal reasons. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination where applicable.
No Trading Guarantee
PRICHIESTRATEGY is educational software and does not guarantee profits, funded-account approval, investment performance, or any particular trading outcome. You remain solely responsible for trading and risk decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PRICHIESTRATEGY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or trading losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply in full.

Access Verification and Activation
Payment does not itself automatically activate invite-only TradingView access. After purchase, customers must submit accurate onboarding information so the purchase can be matched to the intended TradingView account. PRICHIESTRATEGY may reasonably request information needed to verify a transaction before granting or restoring protected access. Customers should never provide account passwords or full payment credentials.
